Lou Ferrigno was the big dude in the movie Pumping Iron with Arnold. He was the same guy that played the old school hulk tv show, in the green paint and tore jeans. The dude was incredibly huge in his day and I ran into him at the Olympia in a couple of years ago and he is tall and big still, much better shape than Arnold to this day even. SO what kind of juice did he use, a lot of these guys play down their dosages, but those guys never used insulin or HGH like the bodybuilders of today do.
 
Dbol and a shit load of intense dedicated hard work. You can get dbol anywhere today. The hard work seems to be a lot harder to find.
 
That cycle is looking reallu spot on. Perhaps the only thing I would add there, would be a bit of test base to cunter the deca. Other than that, sounds more than feasible.
 
just like the article says.. in those times they ran dbol, deca, primo.. AI's did not exist so they didn't stack in test and they knew to lay off dbol around the time of a contest or pics .. HGH was not around yet... tren became widespread later on in the US BB community.

there wasn't much knowledge back then but they learned stuff through trial and error

How much better is whole milk than 1% or 2% Milk for body building.

for bodybuilding avoid dairy as much as possible.. its a killer

I think this cycle is far from real one.. I know guys from that time - their usual cycles were high doses of test Dbol and deca for mass, and test prima Dbol for cutting. As for dairy products - real whole milk is good for bodybuilding. Good wholegrain bread too)
 
don't forget genetics play a big roll in that too man. For instance I'm 6' 240lbs pretty solid. When i went to get food today there was a guy that much have easy been 6'8 and 300 somewhat soft. But didn't look fat. just huge. If he just worked out he would be a beast. Even without steroids. Some people just have that genetic gift. then you run a little bit of primo and dbol and for sure you get results like these old time greats
 
Really? Why is this. I can imagine bread making you bloat. Why avoid dairy what can it do to ya?

Dairy can be bad for some due to water retention.
I can eat 500gr of greek yogourt per day and I'm fine though.

I think milk is worse in that aspect.
 
bread can definitely cause bloat. unless its home made ezekial. milk also a bloat culprit. The best thing to do is pretty much eat meat, veg, and for starches potato, yam and rice. stick to the basics and look good. veer off and always be right behind the mark and never on
 
There a lot of healthy fats in whole milk. But it is very hard to buy it nowadays. Read mountaindog - he really knows what he writes about. Why wholegrain bread will make you bloat? Just find really good bread in the shop or make it at home with ingredients you know won't make you bloat. I eat bread almost all year round - you can check my photos)
 
Yogurt is made from milk,Whey protein is from milk,casein is from milk,colostrum comes from pregers milk,why is milk bad,its, damn near the back bone of any animals diet on the planet
