Bro, just so you know you dont HAVE to do a log or anything people here tell you. Also cant believe that a ”pro” is telling you to use bpc157 for recovery without the most synergistic peptide to go along with it. For recovery arguably the best 2 petides together are bpc157 and tb500. Do a little of your own research and look at what other people have been doing. There are many great peptides you can add to these two to speed recovery time even more. It all depends on your budget man.
