I’ve got load testosterone levels and I’m 28 years old and I’m not sure what to do.
Got them tested twice. Both times they were under 300ng/dl.
I don’t want to go on trt because I don’t want to be stuck on something for the rest of my life.
But at the same time I definitely have low testosterone issues.
What would you recommend I do in my situation? And those of you who are on trt do you have any advice for me?

first off stop stressing out over test levels

test levels don't mean what people think. you can have 800 test levels and be a miserable son of a bitch and have 300 test levels and be happy and healthy.

one of the easiest ways to boost your test levels is getting better sleep, eating healthier and exercising
you should also take hcgenerate, its a natural test booster

And you are 100% correct you don't want to be committed to injecting yourself for the rest of your life unless it's absolutely necessary. FYI i had lower test levels in my mid 20's then i do now off cycle. why? cause i am way more healthy today then i was at that time.

if your test is low you will need TRT
or to change your lifestyle completely which is much harder

Talk to a good endocrinologist about your issues. Ypu may be able to bring ypur levels up without trt. A lot can be accomplished by optimizing diet and gut health

if you can't get it higher then you can do trt at some time

sometimes testosterone levels can fluctuate even in the same day

you won't go wrong with TRT
