lunacy pre workout supplement question

I was taking creatine as preworkout but I felt it didn't work as I expected, so I'm thinking to get something more powerful like lunacy, it contains: Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, L-Arginine AKG, Agmatine Sulfate ,777 mg Energy and Focus Matrix: Caffeine, N-acetyl L Tyrosine, DMAE Bitartrate, Yohimbine HCL.
what are your thoughts on that list of ingredients?

It seems decent. It's basically just an expensive creatine and caffeine drink. If you drank a cup of coffee with your current creatine supplement pre-workout, it would be pretty much the same thing.

The reason you didn't 'feel' the creatine working is because creatine isn't a stimulant. The only reason you 'feel' pre-workout supplements is because they contain stimulants like caffeine. A lot of people associate 'feeling' supplements with thinking that they are working but that isn't true at all.

Think of it like this - do you feel a fish oil supplement? Of course not but it's still a really good supplement to take.

If you have some extra money to spend, sure get the lunacy pre-workout. If you are trying to save some money, just drink a cup of black coffee with your creatine supplement.

what musky said is true. just another stim based product with a fancy name.

instead of wasting money on this shit why not eat a proper balanced pre workout meal?

Remember that creatine is not something that you "feel". You shouldn't need to feel amped up to train. The key is to make sure you are hydrated and have a proper meal 90 minutes before training. This is what your body needs to perform at its highest level.

Completely agree on this one. Creatine is used to build up ATP levels in your muscles. You do not really feel the creatine. But what happens is that you could do few more reps and sets during your workouts due to having higher energy storage in the muscles.

That being said, it probably did the trick, but not how you expected.

As for the product, seems quite good. Given it also has yohimbine, wouldnt call it a weak one.
