Had a pretty relaxed day today didn't do to much other than eat and have a mini trensomnia nap on the couch which was a change for me on a Saturday!...anyways after a kebab,protein shake,and chicken and rice preworkout feed with a 50mg tren shot it was time to get serious and go get that quad pump I luv so much🦵

Feeling more powered up than usual even though its only been a week on 200mg of tren ace,I definitely could push another plate or two on leg press but I'll stay on course and up my reps where I'm at before the weight goes up...I gotta remember it's a marathon not a race!
