Went in yesterday afternoon for a chest/tricep session.
Warm up 4x15 sets db press

Training and diet is going well atm, thinking I might swap out the tren ace for EQ or something as it is keeping my core temp super hot all the time i'm even sweating in the air conditioning at night it might be something to run again at low dose in the winter.

On the tren to eq swap thats a good idea, try light EQ though 100-200mgs to feel it out with the stack.

Start light with EQ but I would always stack EQ with cardarine gw super cardio boost. :D

Yesterday arvo back blast got in and out in pretty good time so I could run the dogs down the river at night.
Warm up 4x15 lat pulldown machine.

Had last shot of tren 3-4 days ago and am already noticing core temp returning back to normal,no more heartburn/reflux,and feeling alot better,at the moment all I'm running is 800mg test per week till my EQ gets here and I'll start at low dose 200mg a week see how it go's.

I fully agree brother up at 300mg per week that was my main side effect,all the apple cider tabs and antacids in the world wouldnt help lol once something effects your digestion and appetite say good bye to those sweet gains!
I just hope it hasn't skewed my lipids to bad,we'll find out tomorrow midday when I go get results from doc.

I'm hearing you brother its a luv hate thing with tren for sure,at least I got my feet wet with it now,I know my dosage limit and when I should be running and how I should implement it in my cycles

Slang which not all Yanks might understand - it means afternoon
 
Went in mid morning to get blood test results from last week,these bloods were pulled at week nine of using tren up around 300mg per week so as you could imagine a few things would be off the main one being blood platlett level is very high and cholesterol is elevated slightly.
I have booked in for a retest on blood platlett level next weekend,to see if it has come down any in a couple next couple weeks,I'd say I'll drop my test back to 400mg per week and see what happenes with next results to what i do from there.
