Hey brother,food wise it's just some basic tasty meals...Sunday bacon,eggs and toast,pasta with pork and beef mince,beef stroganoff and homemade fish,squid and chips....floured and cooked in olive oil

squid and chips? :D lol never tried squid and fries but did try some sushi squid back in the day.
 
Had a couple days off which seems to have done wonders for me atm since iv been feeling like dog shit coming of the tren the past few weeks,iv basically dropped the gains I had and am back to the start of bulk but things are looking up and the show must go on to salvage what I have left of this bulk.

Hit a pretty good session tonight and am starting to feel pretty good again,my EQ has also just arrived today so I'll hold out till I have my retest for the level if blood platletts and if it's gone down a fair bit,it will be time to bring this bulk home the rest of it way.

I checked your pick I dont think you dropped the tren gains, I think you dropped water weight and glycogen load. Honestly you look really good and full and ripped, which is what you want long term. :D

Your training is good, I would cut 1 set of shoulder presses 100kg seems high can can cause injuries @MarshMonsta

Meals are intense, I'd love to try them.

Your definitely right on water drop,I'm still strong asf but and I just started EQ today so its full speed ahead to the end of this bulk💪

Just finished a good old Saturday leg session,feeling fucking pumped up again and back to normal levels also started EQ today so I'll be ramping the training up fast and hitting some decent weights again to really bring this bulk home💪
