so the tren made you feel bad towards the end?

or you are saying coming off made me you feel bad?
I was not really feeling 100% in the last week or so before I stopped tren.
 
shoulder press machine and single cable side raises are on point.
also like the core training.

single cable side raise and single arm rear delt fly machine are my favs too.
you did great, you keep the shoulders moderate.
Those single arm delt fly are the best finisher for me on shoulder day,it really ensures that sick pump💪
 
Had a couple days off which seems to have done wonders for me atm since iv been feeling like dog shit coming of the tren the past few weeks,iv basically dropped the gains I had and am back to the start of bulk but things are looking up and the show must go on to salvage what I have left of this bulk.

Hit a pretty good session tonight and am starting to feel pretty good again,my EQ has also just arrived today so I'll hold out till I have my retest for the level if blood platletts and if it's gone down a fair bit,it will be time to bring this bulk home the rest of it way.
