Hit a sick leg session tonight with plenty volume to really pump the legs up and It was a success,the Pendulum squat was broken again so went back to the hack squat as main lift.

It's the best desert with ice cream,I think the gf makes it with cooked apples,cinnamon,raw sugar as the base then protein oats with shredded coconut on top,she mixes the protein oats up with butter so it gets the crumble on the top...it's pretty darn goodInteresting with the lamb and the pork.
