Really powering up atm with the training and just hitting it when and how I feel like it,probably will have a rest night tomorrow and come back to hit back/calves.
Can someone who's used supadrol tell me what 50mg preworkout should feel like cose it feels weaker than 100mg anadrol to me.

Hit a sick leg session tonight with plenty volume to really pump the legs up and It was a success,the Pendulum squat was broken again so went back to the hack squat as main lift.

Just started bcp-156 & tb500 yesterday as well in a hope to fix this bicep tendon drama iv had for months,so I can swang them big dumbells again which will be good,otherwise feeling great atm and have regained 4kg of water weight again and am starting to grow💪🦍

It's the best desert with ice cream,I think the gf makes it with cooked apples,cinnamon,raw sugar as the base then protein oats with shredded coconut on top,she mixes the protein oats up with butter so it gets the crumble on the top...it's pretty darn good👌
