The best part is i haven't even been using prework out or supadrol for weeks now and keep hammering these workouts like nothing,I'd say my SHBG has risin back up to a decent level as my libido and general well-being is through the roof.
It rained that much over night they shut the roads down yesterday water levels up around the bonnet of a car,also a couple land slides around the hill areas of the city but all is back to normal today

50mg preworkout is my secret weapon for when I really need it,but to be honest my favourite power oral that I can run high for 6 weeks was anadrol at 100mg + daily it was like tren in a tablet,made me so strong and angry every session...it was awesome!

I ran 30mg for 2 weeks and that was enough,when I do 50mg it's once every 2 weeks,but I hear you my bro its toxic as all hell that stuff and it's not needed.
Definitely tudca,milk thistle and NAC all year round and higher doses if using orals.

Thanks my brother,everything is starting to pump along nicely atm I'm up nearly 4 pounds over past 3 or so weeks.
Yes of course I'm still hammering the steak on the daily my man,that last food share is all steak except the upper right pic which was lamb chops and mac but rest is crumbsteak,rump steak stir-fry and rib fillett and pasta I might have to buy a cow soon😉
