Mass lifters gain

I see an incredible amount of posts on how much mass lifters are gaining.. I assume this is because most of you are bodybuilders. But even for the bodybuilders, how much strength gains are u getting on your average cycles? And if there are any powerlifters, olympic lifters, or just plain old athletes how much have u gained in strength on your main lifts?

You need to think of gains on AND off. For example I have focused on benching. Off one cycle my best bench was 170-kilos or so and I knew I'd add 20-kilos on cycle for a 1RM of 190-kilos (418lbs).

Without putting any numbers out I'm just going to say that strength isn't my main focus but it's been taken into consideration in my training programming.

There are oral pills and injections of steroids that are fundamental to preparing to build a good physical shape.| INJECTIONS STEROIDS were what I personally preferred, and they work.

well it depends .. I never ran a drastic amount of gear but I gotta say that dbol is quite strong in this aspect .. I don't focus on how much I could lift for one rep .. but what I can say is at one point while running dbol/test I went for no reason to a pec machine, put it on max (300lbs) and got 40 quick but correct reps out of it .. while generally I would be doing anything between 10 and 15 for sets .. what I notice from gear is more reps and adding a bit more weight every week .. and yes you do get stronger and fuller .. If you're a powerlifter there are some things that would surely give more strength than others
