New thread and starting log with Mast and Sus cycle.
Diet:
meal 1 (pre workout
200 grams fat free greek yogurt
1 scoop whey isolate
200 grams fruit of choice
10 grams extra virgin coconut oil
2 tablespoons cocoa (baking cocoa)
25 grams raw honey or raw maple syrup
GDA SUPPLEMENT
Intra workout
50 grams Raw honey or Raw maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
10 grams creatine monohydrate
10 grams l-citruline (if pre workout has some in it just add in the extra grams to get 10 grams)
Meal 2 (post workout)
1 scoop whey protein isolate
8 oz water or unsweetened almond milk
200 grams blueberries
25 grams raw honey or raw maple syrup
meal 3
8 oz orange juice (not from concentrate)
120 grams cooked jasmine rice
200 grams lean beef
meal 4
200 grams lean beef
100 grams cooked jasmine rice or 160 grams skinless potato
200 grams fruit of choice
100 grams carrots
meal 5
3 whole eggs
1 cup egg whites
80 grams sourdough bread
Fermented veggies (pickles, saurkraut, kimchi) as much as you want
100 grams carrots
Before bed
16 oz whole milk
1/2 scoop whey isolate for more taste
40 grams oatmeal
14 grams chia seeds
(Add water for more volume)
ADD 1/4 TEASPOON SEA SALT EVERY MEAL
Vitamins
AM
200 mg magnesium malate
10,000 iu Vitamin d3/k2
Afternoon
200 mg magnesium malate
200 mg l-theanine
PM
400 mg Magnesium Glycinate
200 mg l-theanine
200 mg SAM-E
3 mg Melatonin
Optional: Valerian root Tea to help sleep if needed
This is the meal plan I have been running for a while now just to cut and get under 10%. Have an additional lean bulk meal plan I will be starting. The plan with this is to recomp during the cycle. Will post that soon.
Also berberine 500mg before 3 meals
Potassium tablets 99mg 3-5 times a day
6 feet Bw 190-193 current
Trt with Test E was at 200mg weekly.
Started 200mg Masteron/
400mg Sustanon250
This week am running 400mg Mast, 500mg Sus and staying at that dosage through the entirety of the cycle unless bloods state otherwise. Plan is to run 10 weeks.
Anastrozole 1mg week, taken .5 twice weekly
Bpc 157 on empty stomach upon waking for gut biome improvement.
10g creatine, l citrulline, pre workout here and there, caffeine under 200 or under rn
Sleep 7-8 hours with 8 being most common
5 days on, 2 off
Cardio is at least twice weekly and am going to increase to 4 times. 20 minute steady state.
Work a physical job with a lot of conditioning/cardio.
Bf is 10 or under, but haven’t had it checked recently, am planning on addressing that this weekend.
Blood work haven’t had checked recently either but plan on addressing that this week as well.
If there’s anything I’m missing or leaving out leave a comment but I can’t think of anything else to provide information wise.
