I've changed gyms to where the big dawgs train! My weights are changing due to change in equipment. I'm loving all the panatta equipment and a more serrious gym atmosphere.

My workout:

Close grip Smith bench

Smith machine shoulder press

Lat Pulldown D handles panatta (20 sec rests)

Seated hamstring curl (panatta)

Leg extension panatta

Unilateral leg press panatta

Standing Calf raise machine dropset

Absolutely destroyed the legs today the new machines definitely gave them a shock. Legs have viens on them that I've never seen before. Progress is happening nearly daily! Cannot wait for a refeed on Sunday. I will post my diet tomorrow and attach a photo of my dinner tonight. Basically just been eating chicken breast with rice and occasionally sourdough this week. Keeping the macros bang on target.

panatta is a Nice piece of equipment.

I've seen those in some gyms were, mine doesn't have it.
