Had a check in with coach today. So carbs are dropping on training days by 50 grams for this last week of the mini cut! and im having a refeed after my workout on Sunday which I am stocked for! Progress is crazy the shots below are fasted weekly checkin shots about 4 weeks apart working with @PopRox19
Everything else will stay the same but 100mg NPP EOD is being started this week!
Training upper tomorrow! Workout and pump shots will be uploaded tomorrow.

3. 200g Chicken breast light smokey BBQ seasoning and 2/3 cup of sushi rice, brocollini

5. 200g chicken breast, stir fry veg 2/3 cup basmati rice and satay sauce (homemade macro friendly)

Absolutely destroyed the legs today the new machines definitely gave them a shock. Legs have viens on them that I've never seen before. Progress is happening nearly daily! Cannot wait for a refeed on Sunday. I will post my diet tomorrow and attach a photo of my dinner tonight. Basically just been eating chicken breast with rice and occasionally sourdough this week. Keeping the macros bang on target.

Today was my prosterior (pull) session. I went hard and still kept my numbers high. On some exercises the weights even increased. I have been on 2500 cals this week strict AF! I have been slightly under on purpose everyday but managed to nail the macros pretty much especially protien! The results have shown because fat has been stripped further and I'm still strong!

Refeed will pump you up big time.Gday Evo family.
So the plan is too see how my body reacts to the refeed and keep cutting till thursday and check in again. I lost another kilo this week and quad and arm measurements went down only by a few mm aswell as losing 1.3cm off my waist. Recomp is still in progress. Fasted BSG this morning was 4.4 aswell so everything is working to the plan. Cals are staying at 2500 till check in.
One more nightshift to go and then I will post workouts and logs on my days off.

Today I trained push but I have a little shoulder impingement so I tried to ease it through the workout without making the problem worse but.still keeping the intensity high.
