Today I trained push but I have a little shoulder impingement so I tried to ease it through the workout without making the problem worse but.still keeping the intensity high.

Super decline chest press panatta machine.

45 degree Incline press on panatta adjustable press machine.

Y cuffed cable raise

Pin loaded shoulder press panatta
X 7 x 14 DS x 9

Overhand tricep pushdown
X 13 x 11 x 15DS x 7

Overhead triceo extension machine
X 12 x12 x15 DS x 8

Adductor panatta machine
80kg x 9
70kg x 16

Seated hamstring curl panatta
80kg x 10

Leg extensions panatta
100kg x 16
90kg x 12

Hack squat Panatta
120kg x 5
100kg x 7
3 min rest
80kg x 12

Unilateral leg press
65lg x 10
40kg x 15

Bulgarian
45kg x 10

Hard workout. Struggling for gas but almost done cutting.

Checked in with my coach today. Dropped 700grams in weight in 3 days and looking more and more leaner and harder. I'm going to have a big refeed tonight and then diet hard till Wednesday next week and we will look at bringing up the calories and adding some size on!

Leg pump shot attached. Vascularity is stepping up another level.
