Hard workout. Struggling for gas but almost done cutting.
Checked in with my coach today. Dropped 700grams in weight in 3 days and looking more and more leaner and harder. I'm going to have a big refeed tonight and then diet hard till Wednesday next week and we will look at bringing up the calories and adding some size on!
Leg pump shot attached. Vascularity is stepping up another level.

Sorry I've been quite for a few days. I got hit with the good old gastromy son brought it home from daycare and the whole family got it. Luckily I didn't get the vomiting side so I got all my meals in anyway despite the discomfort
the whole family is better now which is good news. So I'm just eating my meals today which I will list below and I will be back in the gym tomorrow mid morning to hit some Upper!

Todays meals:
Meal 1: 70grams overnight oats, 35 grams of Whey, 50 grams blueberry, teaspoon of almond butter.
Meal 2: protien bar
Meal 3: turkey mince 150g and half a cup of basmati rice
Meal 4: turkey mince 150g and 2/3 a cup of basmati rice
Meal 5: 35 gram whey shake
Meal 6: 4 turkey rissoles, 2/3 cup basmati rice, 2 xl eggs
Meal 7: Caesin custard protien
Total. 2464.9 cals. 260.5 protien. 198 carbs.57g fat
