Overhead rope extensions
25 kg x 7
15kg x 15 reps dropset 10kg x 16 reps
Awesome pump off this workout. Carbs have made a hell of a difference to pump, energy, strength and fullness. I had to move and change a few excerises due to training at a busy time but still got the job done
I will log do a diet log in the next few days and post that. I also will be getting bloods done in the next week or two and I will post a check in log on Tuesday after I train legs.
