Training and diet is going fantastic atm. The carbs are filling me out and giving me tons of fuel in the tank aswell. Beating numbers consistently and progressively overloading every body part. My guerllin must be through the roof because I am constantly starving but I am loving the process totally.
I will post my bloods in a few days. I need to download results and edit them before I upload them. Everything was looking good and improved since my last run despite being in a push phase which is great. E2 was elevated slightly but having no sides. So we are taking the masteron from 600mg to 800mg weekly now.

1. 1 cup of overnight quick oats with 45g whey, blueberries, cinamon, 20g diced dates.
2. Protien bar 45g p
3. Cup of basmati rice 200g pulled chicken, refried beans
4. Preworkout electrolytes +slin, Intra 50g carbs, BCAAs, Post Whey Protien Isolate (Raw BUM)
5. 200g Chicken, refried beans, fat free cheese 50g rice
6.Beef Tacos with family (eating within my meals)
