Men's Physique Competitor Looking To Try Some Gear

I'm new to this forum and really having a hard time on making a decision to switch from orals to pinning. I have used Epistane a couple of times and just recently used it with Stano; however, I feel like it's not giving me the edge and size that I need. I am currently 5'6 and 163 lbs shredded for competitions. I really need a wider back and capped delts... I'm looking to gain a solid 5-7 lbs of muscle this offseason. So here are my questions:

How good would a Anavar and Test Cycle be?
How would the Evolutionary.org Rob Riches Cycle compare (gainz, cost, aesthetics)? It's made up of a prohormone (Epistane, Trenavar, METHYLCLOSTEBOL) and Primoblan. It includes the SARM Cardarine, but I'm not to familiar with SARMs.
Would Testosterone Propionate, Drostanolone Propionate and Trenbolone Acetate be overkill for what I'm trying to achieve?

I know that all of the mentioned cycles are geared towards cutting, but I do not want to gain too much muscle. Sounds crazy, but I can't afford to get bigger than 170lbs at my height for men's physique. I've been researching this forum and others for over a year now and just became a member.

While test/tren/mast is generally a cutter, YOUR FOOD is what determines what happens, not the gear. So yes, you can grow lean on that depending on your uptake.

That being said, how long is your off season? I ask because if you have time, it would be smart to start with a long ester test to understand the principals of pinning, find different locations to pin, and not pin frequently until your virgin muscles are broken in. Going with prop, or even multiple compounds right off the bat, can have a negative reaction in the sense that you wont be able to train/cardio properly due to the pain, AND possible "gear flu" may fuck your diet for 1week +.
 
I totally understand the value of food and following macros for lowering bodyfat as well as gains. I have only used prohormones in the past for aesthetics and retaining muscle during my cuts not for gains. I am more concerned with getting the best bang for my buck for size while remaining somewhat lean. I do not want a lot of bloat and water retention. I did a bulk last year with no drugs and I had to look like $h!t for months with small gains. I am 31 years old and prior military so I have been working out for a long time and just started competing last year. I started natty and did well, but to obtain a pro card I feel I need something to enhance my diet and training.

My offseason will probably begin at the end of November and I usually start competing in May. I will do some research on the long ester test and take your advice. Would Anavar with test or Epistane be a valuable option? I know that both of these help control estrogen. I'm not planning on doing this no time soon and trying to get as much information as possible. I've been thinking about it for over a year now.
 
sounds lke low doses of test, masteron, primo, and that knd of stuff s what you are lookng for; your diet and training will determine the gains. if you arnt looking for big gains then maybe just use the gear precontest?
 
You can get lean on anything that there are cutting and bulking drugs is a huge myth. There are bulking and cutting diets. The drugs thought of as cutting drugs just hold less water, which is good pre contest because then u don't need as much of a diuretic. Something like masteron or halotestin is a hardening drug that hardens you up even more but only if you are already lean. I think using aas and not using injectable is ridiculous especially for a competitor. If I was u I would try 100mgs of prop eod with 75mgs tren ace eod. That is an awesome combo with a clean diet.
 
For you I think that the Test and Var would be a Great Combo.

You're already a Competitor so you know how to Eat.

If you don't want to Pin every day, Test C would be good, or Test Prop or Acetate for EOD or every day.

I am 31 years old and probably at around 8-9% bodyfat right now... Maybe less. Just had a show, but have been binging for about 3 days now. I go back on prep on Friday.

the pro hormone your talking about is called oxandrovar and i helped to design it... i ASSURE you that it is the most complete and effective pro hormone you will find...

so i can properly set you up a cycle, i need to know when you need to be ready by for your next show... let me know...
 
So here it is. I looked over everyones information and advice and decided to go with Test Enth and DBol for 4 weeks to kickstart the testosterone. Didn't go with Anavar because of the price and may use it for precontest after utilizing the Test E for my offseason clean bulk. I'm still open to suggestions so feel free to correct anything.

Cycle
Week 1-4 Dbol (Kickstart Test)
Week 1-10 Test E 250mg E3.5D (Morning to Evening pins) May increase dose and possibly do 12 weeks
Week 1-12 Arimidex .25 EOD or E3D (Will reduce dosing the last week)

Week 1-16 Cycle Support (Liver, Joints, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar)

PCT: (2 weeks after last pin)
Week 13 Nolva 20mg 2x a day
Week 14-16 Nolva 20mg once a day

Weeks 11-16 DAA, ZMA, Taurine

Ancillaries on hand for handling any signs of gyno
Diet will be utilizing IIFYM with a moderate calorie surplus (1.3g Protein, .40g Fats, Carbs are made up of what is left for calorie intake)
