this products is good for strength and lean muscle gains according to some supplement web that sell it, and help for muscle recovery after work out, I'm thinking of start taking it instead of protein since I don't always have the time to prepare my shakes, do you think it's worth it to switch or should I stay with my protein , thank you.

You are comparing apples to oranges.

Methandrol 50 is a pro-hormone. It's basically just an hdrol clone. You can read up on Hdrol more in this article here -> https://www.evolutionary.org/what-is-helladrol/

A protein supplement is just that. Protein.

If you were to only pick one, I would say pick the protein. Pro-hormones really aren't that great. They are very liver toxic, estrogenic and hard on your hair line. They also don't leave much in the way of keepable gains.

Protein is what your muscles are made of. A good quality whey isolate shake will quickly replenish depleted amino acids from your workout and kick start the recovery process. Food is always priority #1.

It sounds more like you need to do some meal prep. If you don't have time for a protein shake then you are not preparing before hand. Take one day per week and cook enough food for the whole week.

Do not mess around with prohormones or other PEDs as a protein alternative. Makes no sense.
