Methylene Blue

I stand by it every morning.. i feel absolutely tremendous on in.. I have a great podcast with Dr. Scott Sherr where we do a very long discussion on the benefits.. it 100% is well worth it

Im in a mitochondria course at harvard online right now and have been working/studying on mitochondria in great detail the past several months and the effects it has is tremendous to say the least... I have always spent a great deal of time studying and implementing Urolithin A, which is PROVEN to repair and regenerate mitochondria.. there are several new developments proving huge benefits

@dylangemelli I'm sure there are benefits, and @Pigsy @PrinceDaddy are talking about their use and even posting pics bro
but I'm a bit oldschool and with @Seventieschild here, I think there might be sides we are just not aware of

i think it needs more actual research and human studies before id jack it into my system bro personally
To each their own. I take my guidance on it from an extremely well respected doctor, not a random meathead or bro. Always do whats within your comfort zone… there are several human studies showing its benefit on mitochondrial repair, and the main looked at benefit us long term help with treating and/or helping prevent Alzheimers and/or
Cognitive issues.

Im personally trying to extend quality of life and lifespan and focusing on blood markers and long term prevention of possible problems. One of my main focuses of study right now are centering on mitochondrial and cellular health. So to each their own, i just have a different long term mindset and am doing a ton of podcasts and close work with some if the most well known and respected naturopathic, alternative and integrative heslth doctors and practitioners.

Ive seen enough data presented to have plenty of comfort with it

@dylangemelli thats very fair bro
I have checked some studies but can you reference the human study you're talking about? havent seen much.

And with mitochondrial health, there is a lot of misinformation. Like, I've seen discussion of FMD (fasting mimicking diet) while it does have potential, they refuse to discuss the benefits of real fasting to mitochondrial health. @stevesmi thoughts?

I wouldn’t buy it from anywhere. I would want to get it legit. I know the cost varies greatly depending on that

There are many publications out on it.. im traveling and booked right now with podcasts etc... and i honestly could care less if anyone uses it or not.. i chimed in because its nice to have alternative discussions that are not just around a steroid or sponsor product once in a while... i am working on many certifications in biology, along with just getting accepted for my masters to become a cns.. so i am far beyond busy with everything and simply trying to help people out with their studies into things, especially with the huge expansion into science and alternative naturopathic therapy going on right now.. a simple google search and you can find a slew or articles, publications etc.. i live in the trenches in all of this daily, its not some casual thing i glance at... all of the new sciences and treatments are what i am immersed in now and i have been interviewing some of the most sought after and biggest names in a multitude of sciences and practices, so that is where i am compounding the education on top of the studies im involved in.. so to each their own, i simply wanted to add some more to the discussion... its nice to have a multitude of discussions going on... regardless, to each their own on anything and everything...

these articles have a ton of citing on them in great detail you can look through if you like.. i have been testing it out for quite a bit now on myself and several clients.. i have a deeper dive into Urolithin A, which has countless years of study on mitochondrial repair and function that you can spend a week reading... i have a big interview friday with a scientist to discuss that as well..
