Minimum Cycle length

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I apologize if I'm posting in wrong section. So here's my current situation.

I've been lifting for some years now and started my first cycle in December 23, 2015. I started off with tren, test p and winstrol. Due to my job requiring to travel overseas I was only able to run it for 5 weeks. After 3 weeks I'm finally back and started running my old cycle again. Is this ok to do? Also, this second time im not taking winstrol because I ran out. Also looking for a good place to order some. I'm also taking milk thistle for the liver.
Here's my weekly breakdown

Wednesday 100 tren, 100 test p oed
Friday 100 test p oed
Monday 100 tren 100 test p eod
Winstrol was 3x per day ed

You are really risking developing estrogen and prolactin related side effects such as gyno and water retention.

Start taking aromasin at 10mg EOD for estrogen support.
Start taking cabergoline at 0.5mg E3D for prolactin support.
Cardarine GW at 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM) would be a great addition to your cycle to help combat tren related side effect. You can read up more on it here: http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

A good cycle length is 10-12 weeks. After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

First of all, you should have all of the gear on hand before even starting a cycle, so you should have all the steroids, ancillaries and PCT. Secondly, you should be using an AI from the first day of the cycle, especially given your BF%. Finally, you should be using Cabergoline, since trenbolone will increase prolactin levels, and you want to keep them under control. Also, you should try to keep the cycle as tight as possible, and not do these breaks, since your hormonal levels will be jumping up and down, which is not good.
 
Agree with you LevButlerov, I should know better. This was my first time running a cycle and did the mistake of going by what I was told. After starting my cycle I decided to do my own research and ran into this forum. I have gotten a few ass chewings already from some of you guys which I can't get mad at. I'm trying to fix and trying to finish strong. I have gotten some advice from some of you guys as far as what I should be using in addition to what I am already using as well as for pct. my question now is... What do I really need to jump on now that I'm still pinning and get for a good pct? I have heard a few things should be added, but it's from different guys and not sure if they have the same effect as other items that are being recommended.

All mistakes are fine as long as you make due conclusions, and don't repeat those mistakes. It is a good thing that you got here, since you will find a good deal of useful information on this forum, and we will help you out to the extent of the possible. My personal advice would be to do take the following steps:

1. Run the cycle until your next departure, and then stop it for good.
2. Get everything you need for the perfect PCT, and run it a week after the last pin.
3. Take 4 weeks of break after the PCT.
4. Run the SARMS triple stack - it will help you get conditioned safely, so you will get good results and will lose fat, making it a safer thing to run steroids later.
5. After 12 weeks on SARMS, do the mini-PCT, and take a 4 weeks break.

SARMS are a better option, since they are legal to use, and you will be able to use them all along without breaks. And you really need to lose some fat before using steroids, since running AAS with that much fat is a very risky thing to do.
