I would like to make my creatine dosage the most effective possible
if you have to choose between mixing it with coffee or mixing it with water which one would you pick and why?
I'm currently mixing it with water and it doesn't really taste that good to me. I know if I get flavored creatine it won't be as good for me right? what do you recommend here okay to mix it with other things?
