mixing up some ostarine and sr9009?

What would be a good way to mix up a stack of ostarine mk2866 along with sr9009 stenabolic?
Would I need to run 5mgs of the SR 5x per day to get 25mgs or should I split the dose 12.5mgs AM/PM?
Would I run the ostarine with it or do it separate?
I’m 5’7’’ 188 pounds and want to recomp

ostearin and stenabolic easy split doses am/pm always

25mgs ostarine mk 12/12.5
20mgs stenabolic sr 10/10 am/pm
7caps n2guard 3/4 am/pm split
you can stack them together

the key is using sr from a legit place or don't waste ur time

SR is best to dose multiple times a day due to being short half life, but many dose twice a day

1-12 Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 n2guard
