the best way is to take it before bed... its inevitably going to be an issue during the day as well but that helps to a point.. it gets everyone differently.. often times it will begin to dissipate after 4-6 weeks but if it becomes an issue then i would just avoid it.. with that aspect along with the water retention, initially it can be a big detriment.. LONG term, it is good for fat loss but initially, not so much
