Hey guys,

I started 3 weeks ago taking 30 mg of MK 677 and Im feeling great, better sleep, well beeing and all that stuff. I even gain like 5 pounds. So I had an issue with my shoulder and wrists . So Im a bit confused does HGH or MK677 help recovery or could led to worse condition of my injuries due to a potential bone growth? There was a video on youtube and some random guy was saing that he started taking it for his shouder issue as well and 2 years ago his doctor said that the bone in his shoulder was so big that it basicaly killed the ligaments in his shoulder. Thoughs on that ?

Thanx !

it will help 100% if you let it

shoulder dysfunction is normal for lifters, you are simply over training them if you look at your splits

Ok, I ll keep you updated. I was reading so many posts and information, so that there isnt any reason at all not to help. I was only triggered by that youtube video of that guy saing that his bones crushed the tendon or the ligament due to an excesive growth . Every other video and info is saing the opposite, that it acctualy helps a lot !

That's not how gh works. It's not going to make your bones get huge or cause you issues from bone growth

As Stevesmi says wear and tear and a lack of rehab etc will cause issues. Address these - so better form, rehab and rotator cuff work.

It's not at all uncommon for shoulder issues to be one of the following
1) tendon (bicep) problems
2) small bone chips (literally the shiny part of the joint chipping off and floating around in the synovial fluid)
3) bone spurs - small growths of bone on worn areas of the joint.
4) imbalances - see rotator cuff work. If I press only in one plane of movement I won't be as strong as I'd like to be in others.

HGH and IGF-1 for instance can actually cause bone growth in some areas but that's usually a result of years and years of insane dosages.
