As per my main log the plan has now switched. From another sponsors supported 'cut to a 4 week power bulk. Any (of the little) volume training will be minimized and I'll aim during and after the bulk to get my gym numbers as high as possible.

I'll be using Euro Pharmacies Sustanon and Deca. Previous use of these PEDs has seen me add as much as 20lbs of weight in 6-8 weeks. The only issue, hopefully resolved today, is two packages have been much delayed by the post office and customs. I DO have EP deca here. Worse case scenario is I'll front load (if only cos I wanna get started today) with some EP D/Bol

My all time highest ever bodyweight to date has been an uncomfortable 334lbs (just dbol). 340 MIGHT happen on this cycle
Brother this is absolutely fantastic man, and I'm subbed to this one and I can't wait to see what happens man.

Not to take away from your log, but I'm currently on something very similar and I was just speaking about the dbol in private with some members of another department, I literally put on 25lbs in 6 days, When a.m. fasted im was up 22, by the end of the evening which doesn't count it was 25 that's as of yesterday.

Kind of like you said, it's not quite the look that I'm going for, because the same thing happened to me prior many years ago.
I put on too much too quick too soon.
But thankfully it's being partitioned evenly.

What AIs do you have running, and what's your meals looking like?

I plan on bailing on this oral probably in two more weeks. It's simply just added for some fullness and to help force more nutrients into the muscle bellies because prior I was severely malnourished, due to work and other loads and circumstances that were out of my control.

Super stoked and excited for you here brother...

Dbol is my No1 oral bulker and I respond very well to it at between 30mg and 50mg a day. I COULD add it in. Solid product, like EP's DBol can see me start a cycle Friday and by the end of Monday (4 days) I'm up a lb a day. I usually max out at 10lbs added when on.

You probably weigh less so the difference is fasted (and dieted down) vs fed and seeing a LOT more gains. Arguably I MIGHT get a little edge due to the recent diet. But it's actually being a day or two to get going with upping the food simply cos I'd got used to less. Deffo no energy issues which I DID have on the cut.

Meals, like the cut, I'm not gonna detail as such. No one gains from seeing a photo of a potato etc although pics of food are popular in logs. Plus what I eat for my size is NOT what someone weighing 180lbs needs. I don't need members saying add fibre, eat vegetables etc. I know what to do lol. And it's NOT rocket science guys. But, just this once, my midday meal just now was an 8 egg omelette with 250g beef mince n kidney beans (approx 100g protein) followed by a sugary snack

On food.
If you haven't learned to eat properly (and or train well too obvs) then there's little point to using PEDs. You MIGHT add or lose as per your target but you'll have missed out on better gains or losses had your nutrition been better.

I've touched on this before. Why people who struggle with fat loss or muscle adding is a lack of structure. It's why they do so much better when a coach comes on board. Ditto being held to account by a log.

There's as point where you wont add more muscle just by adding another 100g of protein or else it'd be as simple as a small athlete doubling up on good and getting 2x as big.

It's real EASY for me. Sore? Add protein. Feeling m'eh in the gym. Nap and up veg/vitamins I'll see the scale move and more weight added to the bar. On both sus, deca and maybe dbol I may well max out on my safety squat at an intended 365kg/800lbs for a single (pic if I do). Bench I'm starting to get vibes via visualization on 190-200kg (418lbs-440lbs). These (in bold) would be life time bests at age 59

Reading what you said is like reading my mind or what I'm currently going through or what I've been through.

Man I'm actually pretty excited and stoked for you and happy for you brother.

Clearly and obviously it's because of the newly added food that was subtracted for so long. It has nothing to do with PEDs, in fact They haven't even kicked in yet.

The fluctuations with the floating versus day and night, is obviously the food, and all the waste that builds up over the day.

Let me know how you make out energy-wise.
We both know that sometimes we hit that brick wall several weeks down the road when we have to scale back the nutrients because we're getting a bit sluggish.
So many factors, insulin resistance and so on.
But for the time being brother, take whatever gains you can get That's what I'm doing.

Several factors but 1 is those wanting to gain forget this one: adding weight (lots of it) IS tiring!! And one we see mentioned is 'I'm on PEDs, killing it in the gym, eating loads... but I'm tired'. Well d'uh!! You're kinda supposed to be lol

An ENORMOUS part of what I do is mental. By way of example I just had this chat with a neighbor who'd shot for Wales (air rifles and pistols) saying I'd been called a legend by fans (3x ha ha). But I abuse myself verbally more than anyone else ever has to get my ass in gear. Properly full on muttering away 'ya lazy c**t' etc ha ha

I'm also, hopefully, now at that level and age where the LAST thing I need to is explain myself unless I feel like it. Those asking what you was doing might have been told 'minding my own damn business... you should try it' :p
 
On how you feel... more

Two things (having finally found a Monstro log and seeing I'd commented in it - arrgghh FFS).

1. On high levels of PEDs, esp the harsher kind (again I addressed this just days ago) it's a simple fact of life that the better they work the worse you'll feel. That's nature.

2. When I competed and won the most events it was a given, heck a necessity, that I'd feel absolutely f**ked by the end of a training program. I NEEDED to KNOW I'd trained my balls off. Better than you, you or you. I'd feel like a proper old man in the last few days and I was training 2x a day for a week after another 7 days 1x a day without a break. I was deliberately over training and then I'd rest (stretch etc but NO training at all) for 4x and take advantage of what is called 'super compensation'.

Lever Squat
to 280kg x 6 reps (300kg there)

Iso Lever Leg Press
to 140kg x 8 reps

Lying Leg Curls
to 9p x 5 reps (only heavy feeling exercise)

Leg Extensions
to stasck + 15kg x 6 reps
 
Really looking forward to following this one. Mobster runs some really great logs on the forums. Hopefully guys learn that you don't have to run super long or super heavy cycles to get results. This log will surely show that.
 
Tuesday
Much faffing about and, for whatever reason (the cycle or food or talking about my deceased brothers 'estate'?) it took me AGES to get to sleep. Like 1am. Yet...

Seated Press
Those following all my logs will know that I had, going back almost 2 years, an issue with what is called a 'frozen' shoulder. The right was worse than the left. Age + wear and tear added to that. A year or so ago I had a cortisone jab into the right and I do a LOT of super light (broomstick) warm ups on bench and shoulder sessions. Today...
to 100kg x 4 reps - first time in 2 years

Saxon Bar work
I didn't add this Friday because I had the tiniest bit of soft tissue soreness at the base of the right thumb. Plus that would have been the new/unseasoned with chalk bar.
to 95kg x 4 x 3 non stop (bar didn't even touch the floor) reps and 1 x 8 reps. Felt strong

Bwt: 328.5lbs
