Yes. It's not a Saxon bar hold. Pedantry aside a hold is a lift then hold for time and works endurance. Mine was a lift. Same as a deadlift plus fingers must NOT be hooked underneath (I've seen this done and it's wrong). Over the top pinch style grip only. There ARE different sized bars - 2 x 4 for example. Compare like with like only. There's a US based fed which competes at the Arnold and they use a 3-inch by 3-inch and that's where I got the 132.5kg recordHey on that saxon bar hold.
