Dumbbell Bench Press
10kg@ x 20 reps, 25kg x 8 reps, 32.5kg x 8 reps, 47.5kg x 2 very sloppy reps, dropped back to 35kg x 8 reps, 37.5kg/82.5lbs x 15 reps.

Lat Pulldowns and then Pullups
I've not done Pull Ups in whast must be 30 years. But I was gonna add weight to the Pull-down stack and it occurred to me that it'd be greater weight than my bwt. So...
1/2 stack x 8 reps stack x 8 reps then a rough 4 reps and a much better 5 reps at 327+lbs bwt Pull Ups

67.5kg/148.5lbs x 3 x 1 reps each

Screengrab from the start of the 2nd set of pull ups. I think the heavy rows and pull downs with well over body weight helped. I might try and do 3 x 5 reps next time

You're a big guy, these pull ups look easy for you @Mobster :D
 
Pull-ups are some of the best ways to really work the upper back

Nice job @Mobster!! We did Pull ups last week as well on accessory day. even though I only got out 8 big guy got 6! Was less than week prior. Just one set but we didn’t post it forgot to add to log. It’s a great exercise but they are difficult! I say Keep them in 👍💪🌸

Trained with Kirk D on squats. Only issue is Kirk is a LOT shorter than me so racking the weight was an issue lol
Hatfield Squat
100kg x 8 reps, 200kg x 8 reps, 300kg/660lbs x 6 reps

Leg Press
155kg x 15 reps, 305kg x 15 reps, 455kg/1000lbs x 15 reps

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 reps, 12p x 8 reps (easy)
