10kg@ x 20 reps, 25kg x 8 reps, 32.5kg x 8 reps, 47.5kg x 2 very sloppy reps, dropped back to 35kg x 8 reps, 37.5kg/82.5lbs x 15 reps.
Lat Pulldowns and then Pullups
I've not done Pull Ups in whast must be 30 years. But I was gonna add weight to the Pull-down stack and it occurred to me that it'd be greater weight than my bwt. So...
1/2 stack x 8 reps stack x 8 reps then a rough 4 reps and a much better 5 reps at 327+lbs bwt Pull Ups
