What’s the dosages going to be?
Not 100% decided. I put 250mg (1ml of each) of each in yesterday and the plan is deffo every 4 days but I might lower the amounts to .75 of a ml. It's the difference between c700mg a week and c900mg a week. The higher would be an all time high for me injecting and I'm not sure it's necessary. I'll do some more thinking before the next pin. Once decided it'll stay that way.

I’ve actually lowered my dosage to 540mg weekly as advised by PSL. We are older and need to be on the cautious side. Do you take any meds for bp?

I don't have any issues requiring meds on a regular basis. So no. BP has always been in range

Any such issues would not, I feel, be dose related (I've always preferred a low lose approach) but bodyweight and or fitness.
 
Mobster I enjoy the approach with the low doses it is a testament with what proper training eating and recovering can do for you with just a small amount of ped use, the icing on the cake when everything else is properly setup.
Time is better than massive amounts of PEDs. Most don't wanna work hard and slowly for years to get there - enjoy the journey

Here's a truth which many who think it's all about doses ignore and I'll use the daddy - Tren - as my example.

ANY PED which works well at adding pounds of muscle on, boosts your strength quickly, or strips fat away fast comes with a ton of sides and risks. ANY.

Tren, with it's crazy ass rep, is among the best and worst. Can you get strong, add muscle and look leaner? Ab-so-fkin-lutely. Zero doubt. But anxiety is thy name. You can and often do feel like sh*t. King Sh*t but sh*t just the same. And adding muscle etc FAST is NOT a good thing. Remember all those 80's and 90's pec, bicep and quad tears? Fast gains and the body not adapted to it. Ditto keeping it and more likely losing it.

Heck, Stevesmi, myself and many others HIGHLY rate one of the SLOWEST adders of muscle - T/Bol. Ditto a personal fave of mine Anavar.

Why am I as big and strong as I am now - slow but steady gains over DECADES. Literally, as Stevesmi stated recently, I've trained longer than some here have lived. And my first PED was at age 37

110% agree with you bro I only run tren at low low dosages 100mg to 150mg max a week alot of people forget it's 5x stronger then test and the sides are manageable

I love masteron one of the most underrated PED's in Australia

to 140kg x 8 reps

to 9p x 5 reps (only heavy feeling exercise)

Tuesday
Much faffing about and, for whatever reason (the cycle or food or talking about my deceased brothers 'estate'?) it took me AGES to get to sleep. Like 1am. Yet...

Seated Press
Those following all my logs will know that I had, going back almost 2 years, an issue with what is called a 'frozen' shoulder. The right was worse than the left. Age + wear and tear added to that. A year or so ago I had a cortisone jab into the right and I do a LOT of super light (broomstick) warm ups on bench and shoulder sessions. Today...
to 100kg x 4 reps - first time in 2 years

Saxon Bar work
I didn't add this Friday because I had the tiniest bit of soft tissue soreness at the base of the right thumb. Plus that would have been the new/unseasoned with chalk bar.
to 95kg x 4 x 3 non stop (bar didn't even touch the floor) reps and 1 x 8 reps. Felt strong

Friday
One week in to the bulk/sus and deca cycle and today was... well see for yourself. My stomach was doing it's 'you strain with heavy weights have some of this' today. I was feeling it every step of the way to Powerhouse Gym (trained with Ken). But it made zero difference once I was under the bar.

Close Grip Bench Press
to 120kg x 1 fast rep, 140kg x a fast rep. Then the targeted set work. 170kg x 1 rep., Easy. So I'd set myself a challenge of 170kg x 2 and did 170kg x 3 reps. Up we go then. 180kg/396lbs x 1 easy rep. So what the hell... might as well load my life time personal best from 15 years ago then - 190kg/418lbs x 1 rep (the last few inches was a GRIND lol)

Iso Lever Row
Did these first while we waited for the bench)
to 130kg/296lbs x 6 reps a side

Bwt: 328lbs
