Here's a truth which many who think it's all about doses ignore and I'll use the daddy - Tren - as my example.
ANY PED which works well at adding pounds of muscle on, boosts your strength quickly, or strips fat away fast comes with a ton of sides and risks. ANY.
Tren, with it's crazy ass rep, is among the best and worst. Can you get strong, add muscle and look leaner? Ab-so-fkin-lutely. Zero doubt. But anxiety is thy name. You can and often do feel like sh*t. King Sh*t but sh*t just the same. And adding muscle etc FAST is NOT a good thing. Remember all those 80's and 90's pec, bicep and quad tears? Fast gains and the body not adapted to it. Ditto keeping it and more likely losing it.
Heck, Stevesmi, myself and many others HIGHLY rate one of the SLOWEST adders of muscle - T/Bol. Ditto a personal fave of mine Anavar.
Why am I as big and strong as I am now - slow but steady gains over DECADES. Literally, as Stevesmi stated recently, I've trained longer than some here have lived. And my first PED was at age 37
