Kind of hard to cut on steroids, especially ones that are good for size.
 
yeah hard to cut down on tren. its a beast.
 
@Mobster honestly I think 100% the issue here is diet. If you update your diet in some detail I'm 100% sure it will tell us the core issue, no the steroids, the diet.

If you change the diet and increase cardio it will make a huge difference imo.
@Eddie Haskell And yet I'm still waiting on YOU to post your log and Monstro's link to his. You might recall previous comments of yours and my saying I'd post my diet when you ponied up. I'll stick to that

I'm more than capable of reading labels and using macro info available online to work out my cals, protein and so on.

If you wanna help you'll start a log and I'll pony up on my side of the deal. But you'll only agree with the numbers I've posted so...

As I posted before if members care to search you'll see more or less ALL of our approved sources offer what amounts to what Para Pharma also offer (via UGFreak) - a 'cut' product. They are identical. All are Tren, Test and Mast. All short esters. They do this not just to copy each other or because it sells but because, when combined with a diet and cardio, it usually helps the users get 'cut'.

I'm using less than nearly everyone (might be the least full stop) running a log right now regardless of the aim or make up of their cycles

So, coming back from getting lunch, a mental penny dropped. Might the reason be why am I GAINING on Tren, Test and Mast... be DOSE!! Cut Stack 150 with 50mg each per ml of Tren A, Test P and Mast P is typical of similar products. For 90% of users this product used between 1-1.5ml EOD as intended is a great PED stack in combo with a diet and cardio to strip away the blubber.

My all time high, in terms of dose per week on my all time fave bulking cycle of Sustanon and Deca was either 675mg or 765mg (I can never remember which) per WEEK. Yep not even 800mg a week. I've been pinning 1.5ml EOD. Which comes out to 225mg per pin. That equates to just short of 780mg a week (so just about a new high for me) and includes what many consider THE DADDY of PEDs in Tren.

Could it be, even with a caloric deficit and an increase in energy expenditure, that I respond so god damned well (esp to Tren lol) that I'm growing?? Might it be worth me cutting back to 1ml EOD for the last 10 days?? Simply because the plan, for now, was NOT getting bigger? If, given my size as is off cycle, I respond as well as I ever did to my old fave bulking stack (lord help me if I do cos I really don't need to be as big as might happen) but by upping the kcals back to my normal, dropping cardio back to my normal levels and training all out for strength... OMFG! It sounds good but actually is kinda a pain in the ass.

I will add for readers looking for cutting info - I'm NOT a typical user and or responder to PEDs. Most, if not all, of my cycles are a THIRD of the dose of many here. Makes me sound like a moaning bitch to say I'm growing and feel ok on a low dose right? lol Heck even Kirk D said 'your quads look bigger' today ha ha FML :p

On another subject and I sound like a competing bodybuilder in this regard - I'm stocking up on treats to eat AFTER this 'cut' ends ha ha
I think the scale doesn't matter. You trane hard and are taking PED's. Your weight may go up. The mirror is your guide. Kirk's comment should be what you can gauge off of.
Also, the diet is a bit inconsistent. Your body responds to inconsistencies by holding/dropping water. Obviously this can be a big difference daily on what the scale says. My diet is the same every day. I could pretty much predict what the scale is gonna say. If i deviate from the diet, the scale will be all over the place for a day or so whilst my body figures it out.
IMO at the end of this your weight may be the same, less or more but you will look better in the mirror. Tren is a great nutrient portioner. Even eating less you may be getting more nutrients into the muscles than you normally do.
What I'm getting at is ride out what you are doing.

It's certainly not as high as originally intended. Well short most days.

And, as you say, what sometimes happens, is the body holds back. It's why we see people doing re-feeds. However, what we also see in a LOT of people too much refeed and worse - using junk to do so. How often do we see people super tight and on point Sun-Fri and then just junk crazy shit Saturday? Like undoing the work.

On a slant Lidl's has expanded their High Protein product range so I've added, just today for example, a high protein coffee drink (quite low cal too BTW) to my lunch meal. I might add a tin of salmon to it. That'd take it to 75.6g protein in lunch and about 800kcal

I think you are doing great mobster and I know with the knowledge and experience you have, this will all work out in the end you will be at a better place than when you started.

I remember weeks into the cycle when I got weighed and a readout I had gone up in weight but I dropped 3% body fat and add 6.6lbs of lean muscle the scale isn't everything imo.

Don't feel bad I get people asking me for diet updates with my log all the time, even though I've posted what I eat in a day and it never changes at all 😂

100% as you know. The idea that I can't work out macros and need help or that my food choices are poor... urgh
 
@Mobster I think the issue here is to lose bodyfat you need way less of an eating window and less calories and carbs IMO
