Most effective workout routine?

Hey guys was wondering what the most effective workout routine you have tried? Number of sets, reps. Weekly volume?
 
It depends on your goals, and your diet and genetics will also play heavily into the results you get with any program. I'm into power lifting and really liked the results on the nSuns 6day deadlift focus
 
Most effective? I've used many variations that all were effective. It comes down to your own goals and what works best for YOU
 
if you are a newb i am a big believer in sticking to the 10 big compound lifts, however you MUST do them with proper form and leave the ego at home.

when i see some 20 year old at the gym deadlifting 400 pounds using every aid imaginable and using horrible form with bent spine i cringe at the damage he is doing to his discs. it is pointless because you are getting WEAKER not stronger
