Mr. Golden Era

Not long ago I have been following the Mr. Golden Era by Nick's Strength and Power Channel on youtube. It is great to see that someone is trying to revive the really aesthetic physique fashion. Has any of you seen this? What do you think about it?

^^^ I haven't. You should post a link to it.

I have seen this, and I agree with you – it is so cool that even people on an individual basis are trying to get back to the roots of bodybuilding. Right now it seems like the IFBB has forgotten everything about it – aesthetics, public appeal....admit it – most people don't like at all the extreme muscularity of modern bodybuilders, it is not healthy, and they are getting up-right ugly with all those guts....

I just watched some Competitors, was definitely a change.

The IFBB has the Classic Physique Division for a few years now......................... JP
P.S.
It's on Flex, just didn't post a Link, cause Flex is Really Slow to Load.
Especially if it's a Video.

with all the youtube channels on fitness there is something for everyone

since you are paid for views though it has become all about clickbait

also the whole trying to look like the golden era is laughable considering most guys in that era looked like normal joes. kids actually think everyone in the 70's looked like arnold. dude arnold was the best of that decade! the big difference between the 70's and now is back then people worked blue collar jobs so they were burning more calories and they didn't stress themselves out like we do today cause everyone today wants a huge house with 3 cars, a boat, and trophy wife. plus today we have franchise restaurants on every corner and everyone is on 5 different Rx drugs. so everyone is over fed and over drugged.

different era PERIOD. and we aren't going back to it so get over it

The era of bodybuilding is dying. I am a HUGE bodybuilding fan but the fact that this past weekend was the Olympia and not a single person is talking about it just goes to show you that no one cares about bodybuilding anymore.

It's all going back to the more classic and more aesthetic look. The men's physique guys have bigger followings then the bodybuilders now.

Bodybuilding is dead. Lean, athletic, fit...that's the new era

^^^^I agree with Muskate. It isn't a shock anymore to see these gigantic freaks in bodybuilding shows like it used to be. We are just used to it now. The aesthetic look is now the new hot thing so it is becoming more popular. Things go in cycles......pardon the pun!
