Hi
Im just sening if anyone has any personal info on mma style sports and steroids.
i have previsouly done about 10 differant cycles so im not an absolute beginer but i'm far from well informed as far as muay thai and steroids go, my question is for anyone who actually has experiance with muay thai or a mma based sport and steroids.
i have done multiple searches and looked at posts over the last few months and found a lot of diffreant reviews and recomendations that end up way off topic or ussless.
The best cycle i can find is EQ (boldanone) an test E, or with Anavar.
I am 29 about 94kg and 178cm.
I am planing on going back to thailand and doing another 3 months training and will drop back down to 75 to 80kg, id like to have a good cycle prepaird this time before i go.
last time i did a tren based cycle and it abosoluty killed my cardio but got good streangth from it, this time im looing for something for cardio and streangth trainng, i will be training 5+ hours a day 6 days a week.
please for people who actually have experance with this.

Honestly, as a a Muay Thai athlete, I would forgo steroids altogether and use SARMS instead.

SARMS are going to be your best option as an athlete. Steroids will increase strength, but they will also cause a lot of water retention and negatively impact endurance. Your sports performance will actually probably be worse on the steroids then before you started the cycle.

SARMS on the other hand will directly increase endurance, fat loss and recovery. They aren't as strong as steroids but you get all the good, with none of the side effects. They don't cause water retention, are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production and aren't liver toxic.

The SARMS triple stack (S4 + ostarine + cardarine) would be a great first cycle to run: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

Cardarine will directly increase fat loss and endurance
Ostarine will increase recovery
S4 will increase strength and lean mass
You get the best of everything with the triple stack

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of aromatization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

The only thing that would benefit a fighter I would say low level of test with EQ and halo. Everything else will lead to painful pumps and loss of endurance.

i would roll with EQ.

test caused too much water retention
and var, i'm not sure who the moron was who recommended that lol.. var pumps are awful for someone in your sport

you don't want water retention, pumps, or something that murders endurance.

so EQ is the ONLY one i can recommend that is a steroid

otherwise.. GW, sarm's and natural supplements are the way to go

The only steroid I would recommend would be EQ. Otherwise you will have a negative effect on endurance.

I think the best cycle for you would be with SARMS. You can tailor it to your specific goals by combining a few of them in a cycle. The Triple Stack is a good one to start with:

Follow the triple stack as it is laid out here: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day

In spite of the popular belief in how almighty steroids are, they are not really a good choice for someone doing an athletic kind of sport, such as Muai Thai. Testosterone will add too much mass, and anavar will cause such strong cramps at times, that you will have a hard time walking. Therefore, they will seriously hinder your performance. If you want something that will give you some real athletic enhancement, better go with SARMS. They will boost your performance, and will barely cause any side effects at all. I am sure that SARMS would be a much better alternative for you.
