My new log 2023/2024
I'm making this my comeback log I don't have huge goal yet i just want back in the game and back into shape!
I started weightlifting when I was 22 ( 35 now ) I started at 134lbs I got into some gear from my moms BF he was a power lifter and i ended up getting to 207 in 1.5 years maybe 2 years max had some solid lifts for being a skinny guy, gear got me to a healthy weight considering I'm 6ft. I quit lifting for around 8 years to focus on raising my kid and my career after I bought a house.
I never ran anything crazy i ran Test E 375mg 1x weekly 20mg Anavar and that was only 1 cycle of Anavar so most of the time I just did Test E/C/P

Current weight/height - 194lbs - 6'0" BF 20%-25% i would guess if silly puddy was a shape it would be named Fl!p.

Goal - 200lbs by summer 2024 15% BF

Current cycle - YK11 10MG Daily ( not sure how I feel about it )

CYCLE WANTING TO RUN-
SUSTANON- 250 1ML 1X WEEKLY
ANAVAR - 40MG-20MG 2X DAILY
FEMARA - ?? WILL NEED
N2GUARD - 2X DAILY

DIET - 200P/250C/50F 2250 CALORIES

TRAINING -

MONDAY -
BACK
WEDNESDAY -
CHEST
FRIDAY - LEGS
SATURDAY -
SHOULDERS ARMS
SUNDAY -
BACK
MONDAY- CHEST
.... ETC

I dont have a set day for every body part I just keep rolling over. I use to powerlift so I do squat bench and deadlift then accessory work.

SLEEP SCHEDULE - 10PM TO 515AM MONDAY- SATURDAY SUNDAY - AWAKE AT 630AM
 
femara aka letro isn't the AI i recommend. it is much too harsh and strong

its best to run aromasin which is a much more gentle AI

by all means keep letro on hand, but don't use it unless its really necessary. won't go wrong with nolva + letro if gyno starts happening

@Fl!p Never use femara/letrozole very dangerous. Stick to low dose aromasin 5mgs eod if you're using sustanon 250mgs and anavar 50mgs ed is right for 8 weeks. Lets keep details up for training diet more.
 
I agree on letro, you might want to get estrogen checked on cycle too
 
letro is a bit dangerous, be careful with it. maybe just use in emergency
 
i like lev's cycle. sustanon with anavar good g2g
 
don't use letro, switch right away to aromasin!
