Approved Log Much Awaited Comeback Log

I didn't do cardio for years in the 90s because I was listening to dumb asses like Nelson Montana tell me I didn't need to do it but they were wrong
 
anyone who says cardio isn't important is an idiot. You need a strong heart
 
As of now I only squat 225 max i can do 155 for 3x8
Bench 215 max 1 rep
Deadlift 275

Squat 315x 8 never maxed
Bench 265 2 sets of 1 back to back
Deadlift 475 x1

Squat is my biggest mind fuck I don't know why but nobody is good at all 3 from what i've been told. Ideally i would like to see those lifts back by next summer or at least close. i weighed 207 with roughly 15% bodyfat my profile picture was 187 and 8 months previous to these lifts. ( 8 years ago )

Food everyone has been asking i eat 680g of potatoes everyday what i eat per meal I dont know i just know how much i need to eat in a day. 1 full bag

I keep it simple

Breakfast - 715 -730 am - 10oz egg whites, medium banana 1/8 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup oats = 65 g carbs 20g fat 50 g protein

930am 1 can tuna/ potatoes 21g protein 30g carbs


Lunch 12:00pm 6 oz chicken /potatoes and blueberries 30g carbs 40 g protein

215 pm problem spot - I need something here its a issue i'm starving by now and was considering another 600 calorie breakfast shake maybe switch it up with another type of shake?

330pm 2 packets of oatmeal before the gym 36g Carbs 5g protein


Dinner

Chicken/Turkey ground 6 oz or
Eggs and Tuna mixed ( Dont Judge its a protein bomb )

Potatoes
Multi vitamin 1 a day Mens
40g protein 35g carbs

I would much rather drink my meals if possible.
 
excellent volume. a lot of hammering away
I was always told you need volume ive always been a little guy and I need volume. Whether its alot of weight or alot of a little weighti would rather move 40k lbs than 20k lbs all day even if it take 2x as long. The body will adapt and grow.

@Fl!p you eat 680 grams of potatoes ? can you at least start to switch to sweet potatoes

and your fats are not even there i dont see fats omega 3 fats like fish oil, you need it there

and what you doing for fiber and digestive aids like probiotics?

I do every day unfortunately its only 110 ish carbs. I avoid rice and wheat it fucks with my stomach. Switch to sweet that should be easy. I do use alot of extra virgin olive oil I couldn't tell you how much tho but Its there almost every day. I dont use digestive aids I know align is good never heard of that for weightlifting.

do you remove the skin from your potatoes that can help with the stomach?
