multi vitamins without zinc or iron

Help me find a multivitamin brand without zinc or iron please. I can't find anything! everything is packed with zinc and iron which I'm trying to avoid.

Why would you want to avoid these essential elements? Personally, I don't know of any particular multivitamine that will not have any of these. Therefore, in my opinion your only choice would be to get all those vitamins and micro-elements separately with different supplements.

Also curious why do you particularly want to avoid them. Unless you have a certain condition that we are not aware of.

In any case, it will be quite difficult

in that case you would just buy the vitamins individually.. very expensive to do that

veggies have these minerals in them, so avoiding them is impossible anyway

Not sure what your reason is to avoid Zinc.
Avoiding Iron if you're a Female, I understand, but don't understand the Zinc, even if Female.

It's simple to do, like Stevesmi said, you just buy the Individual Vitamins.
I Personally do this for alot of my Vitamins and Minerals.

And it does get Expensive, but in my case, Very Worthwhile...................................... JP
P.S.
Start off with a Multi B with C, then Buy Individual D/E/Fish Oil.
As far as Minerals, this will be more difficult, but doable.

You really need to Assess your Personal needs through a Comprehensive Bloodwork, to see where you're Deficient.

Honestly the only way would be to not take a multivitamin. You could buy all the vitamins and minerals that you want individually but that seems a bit ridiculous. Just eat a well balanced diet and you will be fine.

I understand not wanting to take a multivitamin with iron as a man if you eat a diet very high in red meat as high levels of iron intake can lead to toxicity but I don't understand why you would not want to include zinc in your multivitamin? Zinc is a very important mineral that is a precursor to testosterone production. Most lifters are deficient in zinc.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind. It does contain zinc but it does't contain iron.
