Its quite surprising, knowing that assault usually is very mild with stimulants and mostly focused on pump.

How many servings do you take ?

Stimulants can cause naseau and headaches in some people. It's a pretty common side effect actually. I am pretty sensitive to stimulants myself and if I drink too much coffee I will feel nauseous and get a headache.

Try lowering your dosage or switch to a stimulant free pre-workout like Dspark from n2bm.com.

I have learnt from trial and error to stay away from stimulant based pre-workouts. I will either use Dspark before my workout or drink a very small cup of black coffee.

extremely counter productive to try and workout when you have a headache.. might as well just grab your keys and go home.

you young guys need to realize that these stims are bad news. you need to learn how to eat properly and hydrate before a workout, don't depend on stims cause you didn't eat well that day

We get this same thing posted literally every day. It does not matter what the reason or what the negative effect........if you don't feel good then stop taking it! Everyone responds different to things like stimulants. Your body is telling you to stop taking it. If you think about it, a good meal makes so much more sense to have before a workout. What would you rather have.....a stimulant that will have your heart rate up and lead to crash, and suppress your appetite..........or a good meal that will fuel your body with the right carbs and protein for energy and repairing muscle?

It is quite mild in terms of stimulants, but some people are more sensitive to stims than others, so most probably it is the stimulants increasing your blood pressure, and hence causing the headaches. Try to use some non-stim based preworkout, such as DSpark, and you will not have these problems, since it has no stims at all, and yet gives a ton of energy during the workout.
