Getting pretty basic with the meal preps this week (pictured is only a quarter of what I’ve done) , taco seasoning with lean beef mince and rice makes up my two main meals. Again having Berries, yoghurt and oats as my breakfast with a protein shake and cereal for my pre workout. Dinner is a mix between chicken or lean beef with a carb source to hit my posted targets aswell as a decent serve of veg… I try to keep my veggies in my last meal as I like to go to bed as full As possible and stacking the plate full of veggies accomplishes this feeling nicely.
