Alright cunties, let’s get this ball rolling. Abit of background bout the bigdog… I’m a mid twenties ex alcoholic/fat cunt who two years ago was diagnosed with pre diabetes, fatty liver disease and was told I’d be dead within twelve months from cirrhosis if I didn’t sought myself out. So with the help of a Bitta prescription TRT I got the motivation to get back into the gym and sought myself out.. at my heaviest I was just shy of 130kg and at my leanest I was 92kg (red shorts pic).. I’ve also included a comparison of my heaviest and after of my first blast.

my current daily vitamins and supplements include vitamin D & C, Tudca, magnesium & p5p complex, fish oil, CoQ10 and citrus bergamot. I believe this combined with a multi greens drink covers most of my micronutrient needs missing from diet and gives me adequate heart, cholesterol and liver protection.

My current diet for the next couple weeks is low carb high protein while I let this DNP do the work. Current meals are 4 eggs for breakfast, store bought chicken and mushroom mix with added Greek yogurt, cauliflower rice and 1kg of chicken breast devided into four meals for one meal daily (included photos for nutritional info of both) and a dinner of lean beef mince or kangaroo mince/susages with cauliflower rice . Pre workout meal is a protein shake and banana.. dinner is my post workout meal. I’m not overly fussed with macros as I’m still in quiet a deficit and easily hitting my protein targets.

My most recent physique photo I have currently would be this one (although a few weeks old).. I’ve let myself go a fair bit as I had 3 months off of gym due to life reasons. This photo is 105kgs but I’m already a fair bit leaner since this and I’m really looking forward to getting back what I’ve lost and getting lean again…. Les go!

**UPDATE**
Full iMed Sports bb4 plus results to come, bloods taken first thing tomorrow morning and will be beginning long esters + upping DNP to 200mg.

Will get some pictures up so i can do a comparison of before and after 2 week dnp stint.
currently been on 100mg for 4 days now and holding abit of fluid but carbs have been kept low between 50-80g daily and around 2300 cals but im not tracking currently this is a rough estimate based on previous tracked diets.

i know some of you are against the dnp but lifes short and im always down to try things atleast once so this may be the last time i use it anyway.
