currently been on 100mg for 4 days now and holding abit of fluid but carbs have been kept low between 50-80g daily and around 2300 cals but im not tracking currently this is a rough estimate based on previous tracked diets.
i know some of you are against the dnp but lifes short and im always down to try things atleast once so this may be the last time i use it anyway.

Looking good @UGBigdogMy most recent physique photo I have currently would be this one (although a few weeks old).. I’ve let myself go a fair bit as I had 3 months off of gym due to life reasons. This photo is 105kgs but I’m already a fair bit leaner since this and I’m really looking forward to getting back what I’ve lost and getting lean again…. Les go!
