Approved Log My 16 week Testosterone Masteron Primobolan blast Log

Liver numbers aren’t that bad. Problematic is like 10x the high normal. Cholesterol is something to watch though.
Yeah I’m always fighting my cholesterol, it doesn’t move to much off and on blast but I take my cholesterol support supplements and if anything gets to dramatic I might implement a statin.

Have you tried red yeast rice? There’s really no way to get good HDL numbers, even on TRT, unless it is a genetic gift, but red yeast rice does wonders for LDL, which are more important anyway.

@UGBigdog you dont need a statin.

Increase your fiber intake, add psyllium husk daily 20-30 grams a few tbsp, add some fish oil ed and add n2guard ed 7caps.

@LittleTimeTrouble yes its a solution 100%. You need to do more research. Nonsense telling him to use a statin when there are natural solutions.
None of those things you mention have the ability to bring LDL down 50%, which is basically where he should be. I think I am literally the only person on here who reads actual research. They are all fine products, but they make extremely marginal differences. Psyllium husk, which is fiber, lowers LDL about 5%. Fish oil lowers triglycerides, but not LDL. N2Guard has 300 mg red yeast rice, but that is only about one sixth the amount he needs. Any other questions?

As I said, red yeast rice is the first choice, but if that doesn’t do it, a statin would be next.

@LittleTimeTrouble what you say is not backed by science, its your view. Fiber lowers all cholesterol levels.

About five percent, as I said, if you are starting from zero fiber. If you are starting from a normal dietary amount, much less even than that.

@UGBigdog apologies if we hijacked your log.

@LittleTimeTrouble what you're saying is absolutely not backed by science:
Use of psyllium for six months maintained a reduction of LDL-cholesterol by 6.7%, while long-term use over a year led to a 16.1% reduction, eventually reaching a 25.6% reduction at two years. This demonstrates the potential for significant cholesterol improvement through consistent dietary fiber intake, particularly from sources like psyllium

Scale weight today is 97kgs… getting leaner daily. Can’t wait to turn the game around and start growing. here’s a little bit of limp arm flexing

Do you have a citation for that, because meta analysis of psylium for cholesterol doesn’t show a single study that long, nor does it show anything with a result even coming close to that number. Also, google doesn’t show that there is a single study with those words in it. I am extremely skeptical of this.

and you can look it up

The truth is if steroid users actually got blood work done which most don't.. (99% don't. on this forum MANY of us do but most don't)
then they would find major issues with kidney, liver and heart health (lipid/cholesterol and the whole nine yards)

it's something that you have to manage and be smart about and you have to cycle your steroids on and off and use your proper support supplements especially n2guard which has 44 ingredients.

Filling out nicely brother. Pigsy will have to pull his finger out.

Of course when you use steroids it's going to throw off your cholesterol completely normal
