Hey guys and girls,

So firstly this is my 1st log ever, normally just train for the sake of training but recently I've thought why don't I finally take it seriously and do it properly

Diet use to be so bad, I'd eat what ever I wanted and never ever tracked any calories and drank any amount of energy drinks a day up to 4 to 5 monsters... always held weight around the stomach area and never been truly happy with my body,

So after I turned 36 I thought I wonna be in the best shape of my life and kick the energy drinks and shitty diet, and 3 to 4 months ago, u know what... the body actually started to change haha, it's amazing what I good diet can do for u,

I train regularly like 5 days a week, I work FIFO week on and week off, so when I'm at work I weight train and do some cardio, and then when I'm home I weight train and swap the cardio for the sauna,

Still not following any sort of proper diet or nutrition but just swapping out all the bad choices I use to have and making healthy choices now,

In the last 3 to 4 months I've lost about 10kgs I was 98kg and now around 88kg, obviously fluctuates day to day based on water intake I'm guessing,

My diet so far consists of good fats, and high protein and low carb atm but plan to up the carb intake to fill out and grow

my macros are about 1900 to 2100 calories and with the bulk they should be around 3100 to 3200 calories

I've been using juice on and off for about 5 or so years but alot of them I wasn't really knowing what I was doing,

My 1st cycle was dbol only... but then after that I went to test and deca for a while,

I've tried test and tren and love that feeling but I got a bit crazy on the tren and before u know it, bit of rage and anger at anything and that's when I knew I needed to stop it,

But for the last few months I've just been cruising on test and Mast, but looking forward to this up and coming blast,

After this blast though I'm gonna get off and just be off for a while give the body a well deserved break but will keep the training and nutrition up, just wonna make the insides healthy as possible
 
Was a rest day on the weights today, but still hit the cardio, did an hour on the treadmill on level 5 incline and at level 5 speed, a good walking pace

And some food pics of what I ate today too

R u going to come of completely or trt?
 
Unsure at the moment, I'd like to come off completely, however I do like a low dose test like sports trt just to feel good and mental good uno,

So yeah up in the air at this stage
I am not health expert but whatever i have read and heard from other experts in this field, suggest 125mg- 150mg of test e staying upper limit of natural level will keep ur health marker in point, i stayed in 150mg for 7 months and felt awesome. You goy plenty of time to think abt. Food looks awesome bro? Made me hungry time for breakfast😂

When was the last time you were completely off gear? . If you think you will cycle again and again. trt is the way to go. IMO

Haha cheers bro, I appreciate the words and like u said I got time to think about it, deep down I think I will just low dose trt, coz I love the the feeling of it, but we will see

And yeah the food, this is what most my days look like while I work FIFO, it's pretty easy to stay good up here, can always get ya grilled fish, chicken or steak and can take extra for other meals which is good too
 
When was the last time you were completely off ? And if you were to do a full pct and try and regain natural test. If you think you will cycle again and again. trt is the way to go.

To be honest bro, it's probably been a good year and a bit since I was last off,

I've been blasting and cruising for a whole, but just thought give the body a full rest, but in saying that I think I know the answer ey, I think I will probably low dose trt since I do love the feeling and I know I'll want to do another cycle down the road,

Gotta be the biggest and baddest dad at school drop off uno hahaha

Mate my thoughts exactly! School drop off . “My dads bigger and stronger than your dad”

Yeah I think after a year or so the PCT gunna be a bit harder and longer to regain back your natural test after such a long suppression. Plus lose some gains in the process.
 
I can't imagine ever going completely off of test again. A small dose of 125-150mg between cycles is perfectly fine as long as you eat clean and do your cardio. But f course this is as long as your at least in your mid 30's or later. I would never recommend cruising on test for a person in their 20's.

Nick Walker is a perfect example of what happens when you stay on year round in your 20's.
