So firstly this is my 1st log ever, normally just train for the sake of training but recently I've thought why don't I finally take it seriously and do it properly
Diet use to be so bad, I'd eat what ever I wanted and never ever tracked any calories and drank any amount of energy drinks a day up to 4 to 5 monsters... always held weight around the stomach area and never been truly happy with my body,
So after I turned 36 I thought I wonna be in the best shape of my life and kick the energy drinks and shitty diet, and 3 to 4 months ago, u know what... the body actually started to change haha, it's amazing what I good diet can do for u,
I train regularly like 5 days a week, I work FIFO week on and week off, so when I'm at work I weight train and do some cardio, and then when I'm home I weight train and swap the cardio for the sauna,
Still not following any sort of proper diet or nutrition but just swapping out all the bad choices I use to have and making healthy choices now,
In the last 3 to 4 months I've lost about 10kgs I was 98kg and now around 88kg, obviously fluctuates day to day based on water intake I'm guessing,
My diet so far consists of good fats, and high protein and low carb atm but plan to up the carb intake to fill out and grow
my macros are about 1900 to 2100 calories and with the bulk they should be around 3100 to 3200 calories
I plan to post regular photos and be accountable also,
