I have been slack on the food updates, bit they have been quite the same everyday, mince, rice and avo for breakfast lunch and dinner and some snacks, protein bars and protein jelly still

Most the same weights for the last 3 exercises as last week, but did an extra set on bench tonight, and stayed on 100kg for most of it, felt good and just entering the 2nd week with @BigBoyLabs oils, feeling good mentally and feeling strong too
