Rest day today, Xmas photos also as it's the only spot left available for us at our normal Xmas Santa haha, so we also off to milky lane for burgers after, ill take photos of my burger too, might go to the sauna or do cardio tonight but am undecided

Ahh not sure just yet man, prob start at 40mg and see how I go with that, and bump up a little if I need, just want a little boost from it
start with 20mgs for 2 weeks before you bump it, maybe too much back pump if too high @codezz ;)

Bench press
Warm up on 60kg, 10 reps
Set 1, 100kg, 10 reps
Set 2, 140kg, 2 reps
Set 3, 120kg, 6 reps
Set 4, 100kg, 8 reps
Set 5, 100kg, 6 reps
Set 6, 100kg, 4 reps,


Was getting a good pump from the bench so didn't wonna stop

Weighted Dips
Set 1, 15kg off waist, 10 reps
Set 2, 20kg off waist, 8 reps
Set 3, 25kg off waist, 8 reps
Set 4, just body weight, 20 reps


Low Cable fly
Set 1, level 7, 12 reps
Set 2, level 7, 12 reps
Set 3, level 7, 12 reps
Set 4, level 7, 12 reps


A quick session on chest but got a wicked pump and felt good on all the sets I did,

In the sauna for a while now doing some chest squeeze poses, rest and recovery time

Stuck to the same weight as last week for this 1, weights were feeling good and probably could of gone heavier in a couple but I though keep it as is and focus on the squeeze and try keep good form, instead of going too heavy

you could go heavy but the squeeze is whats the counter at right PUMP city
