Leg extension
Set 1, level 46, 14 reps
Set 2, level 46 14 reps
Set 3, level 53, 11 reps
Set 4, level 53 10 reps

Leg press
Set 1, 205kg, 12 reps
Set 2, 225kg, 12 reps
Set 3, 245kg, 10 reps
Set 4, 240kg, 10 reps

Hack squat
Set 1, 45kg, 14 reps
Set 2, 65kg, 12 reps
Set 3, 70 kg, 12 reps
Set 4, 80kg, 10 reps

Laying down hamstring curl
Set 1 - 5, weight 42, 16 reps

Legs felt nice and jelly, had a sit down after as I didn't wonna walk down some stairs straight away,

Also went into the sauna for 25 mins, for a bit of recovery

@codezz leg press and hack squat was perfect would be nice to add some 15 rep to really push it
 
Thanks man, I would of liked to but I was giving it all I had haha, maybe next time if I can't get them I'll lower the weight I tiny bit,

I'd use a spotter but my gym always empty ey
you killed it either way , EVO family support for your training :)
 
Day 2 at work, and body feels tired and sore, so will be having a rest day tonight but will be doing the chest session in the morning
waiting on the chest session
but if you're sore you should take an extra day off

Bench press
Warm up on 60kg, 15 reps
Set 1, 80kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 100kg, 5 reps
Set 3, 120kg, 4 reps
Set 4, 140kg, 2 reps
Set 5, 145kg, 1 reps, super cooked at this point but once I get to 150kg I'll be happy
Set 6, 100kg, 10 reps,
Set 7, 100kg, 8 reps

I stayed on the bench for a while as the gym on dayshift up here was pa ked and it was hard to get on another machine

Weighted Dips

Set 1, 20kg off waist, 12 reps
Set 2, 25kg off waist, 10 reps
Set 3, 30kg off waist, 8 reps
Set 4, just body weight, 20 reps

Peck Dec
Set 1 - 4, 63kg, 15 reps, hold and squeeze


Gym was too busy at this point, but I got a good pump and felt amazing, still needed to eat dinner
