Approved Log My 1st cycle log

Yeah we have tried It all too, vpn, different browser, and still very hit and miss,

Just makes it hard to log that's all
They been having a lot of DOSS attacks. The teams been working on it. That's why it's been difficult for us
 
Also @Eddie Haskell unsure if u are aware or not but heaps of us are having trouble logging onto evo, making it hard to log and what not, always comes up with this

Multiple times a day and night
Have them try now please
 
It's working atm for us, so that's good but if u been having the doss attacks then makes sense uno

All good man, just trying to keep up my part of the logging that's all, wasn't sure if u knew that there were issues with the site or not

Slept 8.5hrs

Back workout

Barbell rows

Warm-up, 40kg, 20 reps
Set 1, 60kg, 14 reps
Set 2, 70kg, 14 reps
Set 3, 75kg, 10 reps
Set 4, 70kg, 12 reps, kept the same this week

Unassisted chin ups
With added 2.5kg, if not much weight but its an improvement
Set 1 - 4, 8 reps, just went slow and controlled on the esentric phase

Reverse cable flies

Set 1 - 4, 8.25 cable weight, 15 reps, used this machine as the pec deck was busy


Straight bar pull down

Set 1, 24.25kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 26.25kg, 15 reps
Set 3, 26.25kg, 12 reps
Set 4, 26.25kg, 10 reps


Barbell shrugs

Set 1 - 4, 80kg, 15 reps, kept the weight the same for this


Overall a good back workout, feel a little flat in the morning as I havnt had any food since dinner, and breakfast isn't open at work yet, but might prep some morning food quick carbs to eat before the gym

man 8.5 hours is solid sleep. keep that up !
 
chin ups are a great way to build strong arms in the back
a nice job on the shrugs building the neck

Morning all, been a busy few days at work and sleep was poor a couple of days, but trained this morning and have some time later and will update the log
I hear ya bro, life in general catches up sometimes.
