Leg extension

Set 3, level 53, 11 reps
Set 4, level 53 10 reps

Dumbbell lunges
Set 1 - 4, 16kg each hand, 12 reps (I fucking love to hate these)

Laying down hamstring curl
Set 1 - 5, 32.5kg, 15 reps

I threw in lunges today and took out Hack squat coz I wasn't feeling them and didn't get a good sleep, but home tonight from work and will get back into my training split again, having time off from work last 3 weeks I feel threw it off,

So that's why the sessions up here have been just the chest, back and legs, instead of my normal 1 body part a day,

Single arm triceps over head
Set 1, 12.5kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 14kg, 12 reps
Set 3, 16kg 10 reps

Double arm push down
Set 1, level 25, 20 reps
Set 2, level 25, 20 reps
Set 3, level 27, 18 reps

I couldn't stay too long in the gym tonight as I got there late and still needed to do my chores at home, clean the house and meal prep, so just did a quick tricep workout, I wanted to do biceps aswell but I'm doing back tonight so didn't want them already fatigued

Cheers bro, unfortunately it wasn't meal prep for me, it was meal prep for the Mrs and kids while I go to work, I make a heap of meals for the family and freeze them so the Mrs only needs to pull them out and heat and eat, 1 less thing she has to worry about while I'm away at work
