Cable over head

Set 1-4, weight 16, 14 reps


Single arm triceps over head
Set 1, 12.5kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 14kg, 12 reps
Set 3, 16kg 10 reps
Set 4, 12.5kg, 12 reps


Double arm push down
Set 1, level 25, 20 reps
Set 2, level 25, 20 reps
Set 3, level 27, 18 reps
Set 4, level 26, 20 reps

I couldn't stay too long in the gym tonight as I got there late and still needed to do my chores at home, clean the house and meal prep, so just did a quick tricep workout, I wanted to do biceps aswell but I'm doing back tonight so didn't want them already fatigued

Absolutely dying!! Forearm pump is almost unbearable, have to wait a while for it to calm down before I coukd do another Set

Set 4, 50kgs, 12 reps, all same as last week


Rear delt reverse pec deck

Feeling pumped and feeling strong, but the forearm pumps are almost unbearable sometimes, though still a decent session

I've been using juice on and off for about 5 or so years but alot of them I wasn't really knowing what I was doing,

My 1st cycle was dbol only... but then after that I went to test and deca for a while,

I've tried test and tren and love that feeling but I got a bit crazy on the tren and before u know it, bit of rage and anger at anything and that's when I knew I needed to stop it,

But for the last few months I've just been cruising on test and Mast, but looking forward to this up and coming blast,

After this blast though I'm gonna get off and just be off for a while give the body a well deserved break but will keep the training and nutrition up, just wonna make the insides healthy as possible

@Flyingandrei I have multiple clients I train 3 guys now who were on oral only, dbol only and tbol or anavar, the switch to test/deca is unreal, you'll get amazing gains compared to dbol only
also we have a logger in the EVO family @RonnieG he was doing dbol only going into deca you might want to check his log as well

After getting the 150kg last week, I just wanted to go and keep it at a decent weight, 120kg seemed to be moving well, felt strong

Peck Dec
Set 1 - 4, 63kg, 15 reps, hold and squeeze


Body weight Dips till failure, slow and controlled, very nice burn
