Dumbbell curl
Set 1 - 4, 16kg, 14 reps


Double arm over head
Set 1 - 2, 32kg, 15 reps
Set 3 - 4, 40kg, 12 reps


Preacher bar
Set 1 - 4, 25kg, 15 reps


Single arm cable
Set 1 - 4, 8kg, 15 reps, nice slow burn, pump was strong for this one


Concentration curls
Set 1 - 4, 14kg, 14 reps

Had the last 2 days off, just needed to rest as had a big day at work with trucks breaking down at last minute so staying back trying to fix the bloody things with the mechanic,

I swear being a fill in supervisor better pay off soon 😂😂😂

Just having a few days off training for family time and rest and recovery, had a 10 min nap in today while still watching Xmas movies hahaha but the training will get hit hard in a day or 2,

Yup the EVO app is not perfect I agree but hopefully in 2025 a new version comes out :D

Barbell rows

Set 2, 70kg, 15 reps
Set 3, 80kg, 12 reps
Set 4, 80kg, 12 reps


Reverse pec dec

Set 1 - 4, level 6, 15 reps


Straight bar pull down

Set 1 -4, 26.25kg, 15 reps


Barbell shrugs

Set 1 - 4, 80kg, 15 reps


Feeling good after a few good days off, enjoyed the Christmas break but it's time to get back to the serious stuff haha,

Family time is always good but still need that down time in the gym to keep me sane

And some progress pics coz I feel like I've been a bit slack with them
