Just flew back to site today but also think I may have a broken little toe 🤣🤣 stubbed it hard on a concrete flower bed yesterday and it's stillllllll super sore, i knkw I can do upper body workouts but atm even walking is a struggle, but ill still be chipping away at something while up here

Bench press
Warm up on 60kg, 10 reps
Set 1, 80kg, 5 reps
Set 2 - 4, 100kg, 12 reps
Set 5 - 6, 120kg, 8 reps


Incline press dumbbells


Set 1 - 4, 34kg, 10 reps


Low Cable flys
Set 1 - 4, 7.5 level, 15 reps


Peck Dec
Set 1 - 4, 68kg, 15 reps


Body weight Dips till failure 18 reps

Chest felt full and tight, had a good pump
